Very nice and accommodating staff. We were very early arriving from the overnight train at 6.30 am and we got breakfast and a tour organized lớn be on a thành phố tour by 8 am, with 2 kids.

The staff are really accommodating. They offered their services and went extra mile lớn make us feel comfortable. They catered lớn us even after we checked out. Our flight was at late night and we opted lớn stay in the khách sạn while waiting. They offered a room for us where we can rest and wait. During our stay, they suggested places lớn visit and food lớn try nearby. Aside from accommodation, this khách sạn offers travel and tours, too! They have variety of packages and tours that are budget friendly. We went lớn Ninh Binh and it is spectacular! We wish we could stay longer lớn explore more places but we didn’t have sánh much time. Breakfast is really nice as well! We enjoyed their breakfast Búp Phê. ❤️

The guy in the kitchen is great. The whole staff is good and the noodles are fantastic. 5: special mention for the manager,Philip, he organised for mạ 4 different tour. Trust him, he is great.

I had a shared dorm: - it was quiet and spotlessly clean; - the toilet and shower are in different rooms, but inside the room, which is extremely convenient; - there was a shampoo and a shower gel in the shower room; - I had the remote control lớn the A/C, sánh I could phối a comfortable temperature; - the bed is comfy, the blanket is heavy, sánh I slept lượt thích a baby; - I was given a towel, a bottle of water and a locker - all for không tính phí - which is a great bonus, in many places I would have lớn pay for that.
